The Rhode Island Computer Graphics REU program is also committed to educating the students in the nature and process of research in academic and professional settings. The weekly REU meetings bring together all of the program participants for seminars on topics including:

• Ethics in Research (Guidelines for Human Subject Research)
• Effective Presentations of Your Research

These meetings not only help to educate the students, but also provide an avenue for discussion and collaboration among the various disciplines, backgrounds, and areas of interest represented among the students.
